One of our globally-renowned clients in the painting manufacturing sector is seeking to recruit a Sales & Administrative Officer.
Duties
• Meet and greet incoming clients. Handle their queries and direct them to appropriate individuals, as and when required.
• Calling clients on a daily basis to take orders.
• Preparing sales orders, invoices & delivery notes.
• Involve in daily planning of activities.
• Dispatching – Classify all invoices on the previous day.
• Prepare customized reports on products when required.
• Effecting visits to clients when required.
• Follow debtors as and when required.
• Assist physical stock take on a quarterly basis.
• Take ownership, provide feedback and solutions where required.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Replying to all mails.
• Organizing and accepting responsibilities in meeting deadlines promptly.
• Coordinate and ensure good communication is maintained.
Qualifications
• A Degree in the Business Administration
Experience
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales
Skills
• Excellent command of verbal, written, and public speaking both in English and French
• Professional and motivated attitude
• Problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Active listener
• Negotiation skills
