One of our clients is looking for an Office Administrator. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and should be able to multi-task.
Duties
• Attending routine administrative tasks of the company
• Attending client calls
• Assisting in the human resource tasks
• Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks of all entities and individual clients
• Liaising with the authorities such as the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and other relevant statutory bodies and be up to date with the websites of the FSC and other related institutions to be aware of any changes in regulations or rules as and when applicable
• Liaising with our local banks
• Preparing reports for daily deposit and withdrawal
• Creating and maintaining filing systems (clients - bank statement - statutory documents)
• Ensure compliance with the constitution, laws and relevant regulatory bodies
• Maintain confidentiality and reputation
• Strong communication (listening, verbal and written) skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and innovative thinking
• To ensure office facilities to staff
• Any other ad-hoc related duties customary with the post
Qualifications
BSC (Hons) Degree in the Management, Finance, Law or any relevant field
Experience
Experience in the financial services sector would be an advantage
