Duties
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to closing sales
• Ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes
• Ensure products purchased are delivered in a timely way
• Manage ongoing relationships with commercial partners once recruited and provide good customer service
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through B2B and B2C marketing
• Represent the company at major exhibitions in order to sell products & services to exhibiting companies
• Perform product demonstrations to potential customers both on and off-site
• Work in conjunction with the directorate to identify new market segments and define leads
• Recommend changes in tactics, approach or new products based on market research
Qualifications
• Minimum HSC qualified
• Proficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
• Proficiency in French and English
• Holder of driving license
• Owner of a private car (compulsory)
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in sales

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate and convey key messages by phone, email and face-to-face
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good organization skills
• Personal resilience, with the ability to self-motivate
• A proven track record in sales, including developing new business
• Experience in working to targets and deadlines
