One of our clients is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to provide assistance to customers. You will also be in charge of applicable administrative tasks.

Duties

The current vacancy includes responsibilities as follows:

• Support in the preparation and follow up on applications and agreements.

• Handle and follow up of customer queries, complaints, and requests.

• Filing and other administrative tasks.

• Efficient and timely handling of transactions.

• Strict adherence to procedures & policies and assigned tasks.

• Hold an active presence at designated merchants/retailers across Mauritius.

• Assist in the efficient and effective processing of customer credit applications.

• Cross sell products.

• Actively engage in sales activities for designated products.

• Engage in and achieve set targets of sales campaigns as communicated by management.

Qualifications

Higher School Certificate

Experience

1 year in retail consumer services would be an advantage.
