You will be in charge of planning and managing daily operations effectively. The perfect candidate should also possess multitasking skills and be passionate and disciplined while undertaking projects.
Duties
As an Admin and Operations Coordinator, you will:
• Plan and coordinate daily operations
•Follow up and review quotations
• Conduct daily monitoring of projects (Including site visits)
• Oversee overall running of all Work in Progress
• Cater for coordination of Equipment Maintenance and Asset Management
• Coordinate with the Accounting department, follow up on creditors/debtors and accounting reports
• Coordinate with the Human Resource department (Including contracts, warnings and discipline)
• Liaise and follow up on Sales Team
• Ensure all safety procedures in workshops and on sites
• Cater for any other cognate duties
Qualifications
• BSc in Management (Diploma or Degree)
• Possess a valid driving license
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in the field
Skills
• Advanced Level in Excel/MS Office
• Ready to work odd hours and under pressure
