The Technical supervisor prepares, organizes and coordinates the technical operation of the company’s exhibitions and events, taking part in their production and deploying all the human and material resources required in terms of video, lighting, sound and cabling.

Duties

Organising all the technical and logistical resources required for the organization and running of exhibitions and events, within the framework of the structure's artistic, cultural and event-based projects.
? Planning technical staff requirements and sets up teams on a day-to-day basis and for events, within the resources allocated to you, on a day-to-day basis and for event
? Supervising staffs under your responsibility
? Ensuring that the artistic and technical teams are provided with the best possible working conditions
? Checking the conditions of reception, comfort and accessibility for the public
? Monitoring budgets and technical expenses for exhibitions and events
?Monitoring the maintenance of technical and scenic equipment, as well as exhibition and event spaces
? Ensuring the implementation of health, safety, and risk-reduction rules applying to staffs and members of the public
? Participating in the monitoring of renovation and construction work on scenic venues, within the framework of user control
? Facilitating collaboration and maintaining constant communication between the various teams with a view of optimizing the organization
? Distributing necessary documents and instructions to technical teams and other collaborators (schedule, plans, contact details, etc.).
? Welcoming professionals from outside the company or venue (artists, technicians, service providers, consultants, designers, etc.) from arrival to departure.
? Receiving rented or purchased equipment, and carrying out timely returns
? Supervising the installation/dismounting and operation of technical and scenic equipment, particularly for each season
? Verifying that the artistic, technical and reception teams are ready, authorizing the opening and closing, and the starting and stopping of the performance
? Setting-up and following the specifications and ensuring their application
? Collecting and analyzing feedback from technical and artistic teams, and sharing it with teams and House Director
? Monitoring the application of regulatory procedures relating to show production and operation
? Running general control, and ensuring the safety of spaces and equipment
? Taking into account general and technical planning
? Receiving artists' technical specifications and implement them
? Setting-up dashboards and managing off-site events
