Our client located in Grand-Baie is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Duties

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field / or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience with a ticketing platform (Service Now)
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, power automate, power BI

Experience

• Office 365 Troubleshooting
• Setting up local admin rights on users PC
• User account password reset by using Active Directory
• Basic networking troubleshooting / Running all policies (Ipconfig all / Gpupdate)
• Active Directory/ User creation / user access rights
• Exchange administration (ECP)
• Activation Bitlocker
• Troubleshooting Windows issues
• Basics knowledge Windows server
• Knowledge on different types of Microsoft License (E1, E3, F3)
• Installation and configuration Office Application
• Creation and modification of Distribution Lists
• Using TeamViewer as Administrator to troubleshoot users PC.
• Using LAPS on windows server to generate User Admin Password
• Strong technical expertise/training in Microsoft Windowas and Office, Active Directory, Exchange, network protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITIL best practices and IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical end-users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively with other IT team members and end-users.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
