Duties
• Follow up with clients and stakeholders
• Process invoice and quotations
• Maintains and organizes meeting schedules
• Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary
• Communicate regularly with staff and stakeholders to help procure needed items
Qualifications
• Minimum SC qualification required
• Knowledge of car spare parts and insurance will be an advantage
Experience
At least 1 year of work experience in the administration field
Skills
• IT literate and MS proficient
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic
