Duties

- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with orders.

- Check documents and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.

- Ensure accuracy by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.

- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.

- Keeping up-to-date records of all stock items.

- Manage relations and maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally.

- Any other cognate duties.

Qualifications

Higher School Certificate

Experience

- Minimum experience - 5 years in storekeeping

- Salary will be commensurated with experience

Skills

- Fluency in both English and French

- Good communication skills

- Computer literate
